JSA MassMedia competed with international and local UAE companies and won a tender for ongoing services and digital development to develop for TDIC. On the ground support was supplied within 2 weeks of establishing the partnership with JSA deploying a single CMS to enable a ‘one stop’ management of their growing group of websites.

Each of these projects required online development work and maintenance with TDIC's portfolio growing considerably over time. For this reason, it was essential that a Unified CMS & maintenance request procedure were established to enable a flexible platform for future projects.
Maintenance requests are delegated via the update.jsadigital.com.au system, and 100% of the work is completed in Australia. The timeframe differences are unique to this project, as Australia are behind the UAE the work can be completed overnight ready for the next business day.
Without the Update System and automatic reporting tools this partnership would not work across the globe. The client has retained JSA services on a long-term rolling retainer.
