The Daisy Hill Koala Centre, an information centre about Koala's located in Brisbane's south-eastern outskirts, required a revamp with the inclusion of modern kiosks and games to educate visitors about Koala Conservation.
Research was conducted to outline the key educational messages required for a series of Flash based games. The copy writing and story boarding was done by JSA.
Following approval of the educational strategy, illustrations and mock up of the games were designed and developed. Each game is editable via a web based CMS that updates all questions and text used throughout the game.
All illustrations, copy, and themes were designed and developed by JSA MassMedia.
The games are played in less than 3 min's, and feature creative animation and sound to support the user experience.
The games are targeted to school students, who visit the Koala Centre on School excursions, and to some tourists who drop into the information centre also.
